Ambition.

I've been living in my country for as long as I've been alive. It was a developing country back then, and it still is today. That's not to say we've not improved at all, we have, but we have been the way we are for decades. I can see change coming in, and I can see it happening slowly, but it just not enough. I know people have a lot of reasons for this in their mind, particularly when they look at other countries that have fallen and risen several times. Some blame the government, some blame corruption, some blame lack of research and development, some blame policies and scheme. I've personally only got myself to blame and I hope people of my age and around my age also consider this opinion. I think we lack leaders who are daring and selfless. To have your future generations live a better life, you must work today. For you to live a better life tomorrow, right now is the time to work. And I've seen people be satisfied very easily. Not much is needed for someone to call it a day. Lack of ambition and vision from all people, especially youngsters is a serious problem. I hope people understand this. I will elaborate on another day.
