Burnout.

It doesn't really matter how we start. A lot of us do in-fact start slow but what matters is how far we go with whatever pace we're carrying. Staying consistent is the very least you should look to do, especially if you're not looking to improve. Dipping and doing less than what's necessary is something that shouldn't even cross your mind. But we're all humans and if history has indicated anything, it's that we generally tend to just burn out. We lose our interest and our motivation, which eventually makes us lose our effort and work too. We slowly, but surely get to the point where we just quit because we convince ourselves that we're not cut out for our own dreams. If that's the attitude that we have, achieving and accomplishing our goals become incredibly hard. I get it though, not everyday is going to be easy to be motivated. But do we have the discipline in us to try to get the work done in spite of not having the motivation? That's the real question and the answer to that is often a resounding 'no' too. Discipline, however, can be built. Constant practice and self-awareness are the keys.

Love, peace.
