Patience
How to practice patience? How to stay calm under stress? How to not let our vulnerability get the best of us when we're in a tight spot? These are the questions, right? We often get asked to be patient, to be calm under stress, and to not let our vulnerabilities get the best of us, but nobody ever really tells us how to do those things. The best ways, in my opinion, are always to separate ourselves from our attachments to whatever makes us irritable and vulnerable. It's our attachment that oftentimes makes us take decisions that we would not have taken otherwise, it is our attachments that make us fall for emotional and mental baits. It is always of paramount importance to be rational when we take decisions that can affect our lives in the long run and being attached to people, places and things is not going to help us stay rational. In fact, it is going to make us do things in the exact opposite way. Always remember that you are a worse critic of yourself than most people ever would be. That helps too, because we don't always have to be super self- conscious and keep ourselves extra stressed. Sometimes, it's okay to just take it easy.
