Snarky.

I guess people like having their ego fed. I mean, everytime I give someone a compliment because I feel like doing so and everytime I just tell those people who are important to me that they're important to me, I get to see a different side of them. A cheeky side, a snarky and complacent side. They show this side in a "I know, thanks for noticing" kind of way and it starts making wonder if they're the same people whom I just called important.

Hello there, I'm the Earthian.

People like showing those sides to people that they want to show, and not those sides that make them who they are. So, its no surprise when someone puts up an act that portrays them to be the very best of all beings. And it is good that they want to be those best beings. It really is good. But if they do it with ulterior motives and if they do it with the only conviction of using people to their advantage, hopefully sooner than later, their true sides pop out. And that's when you get to understand that maybe, just maybe, you've been taken advantage of. But fear not, because you being vulnerable isn't something to be ashamed of or be sad about. The truth is, being polite, being soft hearted, being you and most importantly being  human are all of your best of strengths. And anyone who doesn't get this and anyone who tries to make you feel bad about being the way you are is just not your type of person. Its okay, you don't have to feel bad, its their loss to be very honest, because when someone values you for you are, they'll know the worth of what they have when they have you. Chin up. Maybe even smile.

Love, peace.
