Friend?

I've always wondered what it is like to have friends. I mean, to have real friends who don't mess around and play with your emotions like you're a puppet with your string in their hands. I wonder if that friendship is as warm as it has been in my mind and I wonder if it is as real as I have always imagined it to be.

Whilst there is immense pleasure in being self-sufficient and self-reliant there is absolutely no way I'm going to discount the value of having an actual friend for I know having someone with whom we have one hundred percent resonance is bound to be something really special. Something dreamy, sure, but something truly special too and there is no denying that. And I know, it's a long shot, finding that someone, but its shot that's worth taking even a million times if that is what is needed.
Its a relationship like no other. A relationship where the people involved in it want eachother and don't need eachother. A relationship where there isn't a question of transparency for the ones in it know, just know, that they can trust them with their lives. A relationship that's timeless, a relationship that becomes a reminder of just how beautiful life really can be if we focused on just those things that are worth our focus. A relationship that portrays love, a relationship that is love.
