Heal Up.
Sometimes, I just don't feel like giving myself any credit and I know for a fact that there are people out there who do the exact same thing too. We never feel like we've done enough, like we've earned our breaks or time off. For some reason, we end up believing overworking is probably what we deserve. We do not deserve that and I can't stress that enough. Doing more and more work when you no longer can fully focus and concentrate because you're drained out is not going to help you. Working out of guilt and fear is not only going to fatigue you but will also make you work less effectively and less efficiently. You have got to understand your body, you have got to give yourself the timely breaks that your body and mind deserve. Otherwise you'll just be counter productive and you'll hinder your long term goals, you'll get so fatigued that you'll no longer want to even work for your dreams and we all know that's not what we're trying to achieve. Take things at a pace your body feels good at. Let your mind relax from time to time. Heal up if you're wounded. You don't have to suffer for no reason at all.
