Make a List.
You know what helps? Having an agenda for the day. It certainly makes the difference between a good day and fantastic day with much time to spare. Having a list of things to do and crossing items off that list one at a time absolutely changes the game, it has at least done so for me. The best about it is that it can accommodate more and more things as time goes by as we get really efficienct at what we do, until we reach our maximum efficiency, of course. Make sure the list has everything you want to get done tomorrow but can do it today, make sure the top of the list has everything you have to get done today so that you can get them done right away. There just is so much satisfaction in being so efficient all around. Most of us choose easy gratification for the very little that we accomplish on a daily basis, our commitments are usually extremely boring and totally capable of making us tired even before we begin our day if we start the day thinking about those commitments. The burden of commitment keep getting worse as the deadline gets closer and closer and the d day is the absolute worst. Because there would be too much to do in too little time and space. But it doesn't have to be that way. Get things done right now, today. Make sure you aren't stressing your mind and body, procrastination is not going to help you, even though it feels so good in the moment.
Think about it.
Love, peace.
