Patience.

I had to tell myself today, several times, that it is important not to lose my patience and my ability to keep level headed. Today was also a reminder that I'm not a people person, and no matter how much I tried, I wouldn't be one. It was also a reminder that it's okay for people to be themselves and that they should never be the reason I lose my patience. And most of all, it was a reminder that someone can be really silly, that some disagree with something you say just because you're the one who's saying it. I got over it, eventually, but it took a couple of long minutes, and  managed to get over it without getting mad, at all. There are some traits that only leaders posses and one of those traits is patience. It is vital that I keep myself level headed just so I keep my sanity intact. That's how I grow, and if I dare say, that's how we all grow. By staying level headed.
