Human Side.

Whenever you're thinking about critiquing someone on a very high level, just remember, people, in general, are all trying to do their best with what they have. Some of them try to get through their tasks, some try to go around them, some fold under the pressure of their tasks, but people are trying to do their best. Whenever results don't go the way you want them to, it's not just because someone has been underperforming and because someone has been slacking off, it's oftentimes just a matter of minor details. Analysing based on results and coming to conclusions is the most fundamental way of analysing but it doesn't always tell you the full story. There are so many moving aspects, there are so many strings to any given major event that need to be perfect for the event to have any sort of success and if there's even a slight mishap in any of those steps, things would sideways. So, before you go about critiquing people, just consider that they're all trying to do their best. Don't lose touch with your human side.
