Let live.
Now that I think of it, I don't want people to understand me as much as I would like them to just let me be me. And I am certain that that's what most want too. No fuss, no need for explanations about my choices in life.
Hello there, I am 'the Earthian'.
There just is something that people can't accept about someone being different. It just doesn't occur to them that one's life choices do not have to have anything to do with others'. That is basically where freedom stems from, you do you, and let the others experience those exact same rights. There just is a need for some to understand the reason why someone is 'out of the norm' because they believe there is something innately wrong with anyone showing variations to what they think is normal. One doesn't need to name-call, one doesn't need to abuse, one doesn't need to force anyone else for them to live life for it just isn't any of their business what others do with their time, as long as it isn't illegal, at the very least. Is it fear? fear of being not special anymore, fear of being replaced, fear of being overlooked perhaps? No fear even comes close to validating the freedom that one's trying to take away from others sighting it. Absolutely none. Personal fears are for us to deal with, not for others. Whatever may our problem be, it is for us to deal with, and not for anyone else.
Love, peace.
