Push.
It sucks, to not be able to do things the normal way, especially after having been used to living a certain way and then switching it up. It gets exceptionally hard to keep living life with fewer and fewer expectations because you really aren't to be blamed for what's happening to you.
Hello there, I'm the Earthian
The only solution though is patience. If you're in a place where you can't afford something financially, make it possible for you to afford it. If you're in a spot where you have to work extra hard to make life fair, do it. If you have to excel when everyone else around you can get away with being average, well swallow it all and do it. Stop feeling so sorry for yourself, even though it feels right, and get things done. Make it happen. Make life happen. If you're going to let small speed humps deter you from getting things done, you are giving up on your life. Push through, I'm not promising a light at the end of the tunnel, but it certainly is worth checking out.
Love, peace.
