Another Take On Ignorance.

Was he gullible or was everyone else around him a tad too shallow to actually not understand his kind heart? That was a statement that can be debated on for hours, possibly even a whole day. There are those who believe that its the fault of those who are deceived for being deceived and then there are those who believe that its the deceivers who are to be blamed.

Hello there, I am the Earthian.

And quite frankly, the whole notion that this statement is debatable is, by itself, very pitiable. It honestly doesn't matter who is to be blamed. Finding someone to blame is merely a way to bring about justice to what has happened. And no matter how convinced we may be that taking advantage of the innocent is wrong, we oftentimes forget that innocence becomes ignorance sooner than later. And when the ignorant chooses to be so, there no longer exists any hints of innocence within him. Whilst ignorance isn't in itself a crime, it also is not an excuse, under any circumstance. Hoping to get away with something because we chose to not be aware of those things that contribute to it is not acceptable, not in the slightest. Yet, sometimes, when people are genuinely ignorant about something voluntarily, those who look at it as innocence do prevail and that can be termed innocence, if some leeway is provided, of course. Ignorance is a term that we usually don't pay much attention to. Its because it doesn't feel like its worth the attention. But when there are people who choose to be ignorant, its also very important to keep in mind that its these very same people who also choose to be aware of that information that would be profitable to them. In essence, its the highest degree of selfishness, in a way. Its a win-win, for them. And these are also people you might want to reconsider being around with. Consider it.

Love, peace.
