Root.

Sometimes we get so into something that we start missing the whole point of why we got into that something in that first place. That's usually the case when you start hating the same something you loved so very much not so long ago.

Hello there, I call myself the Earthian and ramble about here, feel free to roam around.

Whatever we love doing is something that is always rewarding to us. What I mean is just the sheer engagement of us in these activities would make us happy and that happiness is the reward we sought when we started doing these activities. But sometimes, we get this urge to "take it to the next level", not exactly sure where the urge originates from but we do get it and we start expecting more than just happiness. And we start believing that these rewards are worth more than the happiness that we fish out of these activities and that in turn makes us seek more and more of these rewards, making us forget why started doing whatever it is we started doing in the first place and that ruins everything for us. That, I guess is why it is always good to remember where we came from for it always is a good reminder of whom we are trying to become.

It totally is fine to want to explore the cave and expand our vision. But, if we aren't careful, the lamps we care to do the exploration will get blown out. It's totally natural too. What can I say?

Lots of love, peace.
