Rejecting any new proposal that came my way was my go-to habit, purely because I believed I wouldn't be interested in those proposals. I believed those proposals just weren't for me, and that they just weren't my cup of tea and let them all go through me.

I'm not trying to make this a regret spilling article by any chance. It's just sometimes, we all close and seal the doors before we even open them, just because we believe with such strong conviction that we just wouldn't like whatever is on the other side of the door. And maybe we really wouldn't like what's on the other side but there really is only one way to find out. See where I'm going?
Not every opportunity is the ideal opportunity that we would potentially like to grab without any second thoughts, but that doesn't take any value away from those opportunities that do arise nevertheless. It really is only up to us. And I know, we really do not bother too much about spilled milk but there is a difference between accidentally spilling it and doing it completely on purpose.
And there is only so many doors that you can seal and shut down before you run out of doors. I know, you probably have a very valid excuse for your actions but at the end of the day, they really are nothing more than just excuses. Mere excuses that you like convincing yourself with. Maybe you just want to hop through one of those doors. Ponder.
