Satiation?

There are a few things that I want to see happen perpetually. There are a few other things that I can't wait to it stop happening. But, not all things that I want to be perpetual are things I enjoy and not all the things I want to end are things I don't enjoy.

Hello there, I call myself the Earthian.

That was probably the most confusing lines I've ever written. But it is true to a T though. It's just I enjoy different things in different ways, I guess just like we all do.
For some, a rollercoaster ride would be something that they'd want to experience forever. For others, like me, I'd want it to end as quickly as possible so that I could rejoice talking about it after it's done, just to paint you a picture of what I'm trying to say.

The point is anything that we enjoy, whatever it may be, is a thing that we enjoy because we relate to it at some level. Maybe at a conscious level or a subconscious level, we definitely relate to it and that makes it tangible for us, figuratively. This is what makes us satiated. Oddly, the same can be applied to those things that we don't necessarily enjoy doing. I mean, if we can't relate to whether it is that we're doing, if we can't get that figurative tangibleness, there is absolutely no way that we're going to enjoy doing that something. Which is also why we never want those things that we don't enjoy to happen perpetually. In fact, the sooner it ends, the better. Again, all about satiation.

More on this on another day.

With love, peace.
