Learning To Let Go.
It is very important for us to find people who resonate with our thoughts, our ways and our lives. It is important for us to try and make new friends, engage ourselves with those friends as much as possible, appreciate their company and just basically have a blast with them.
Hello there, I am the Earthian.
And I agree, there is always every possibility for the bonds that were formed to get broken and even get lost with the passing of time. There is every possibility for us to completely move on and away, although unintentionally, from the people we've lived and loved our lives for a long time with. Take school friends for example; I know for a fact that I believed that my school mates would also be my best mates for ever and then some time. I also know for a fact that now, the majority of them are out of my life's picture. We might greet each-other if we happen to meet but that is only as far as it can go or it does go, not to mention, the chances of me meeting them are also incredibly slim. We all have had to move on and that is all has happened.
And I will be kidding myself if I say I don't miss those days. I do, dearly. But that's also what makes the whole memory feel special. I've learnt to let go of those people but I never will let go of the memories they gave me. They've given me the good, the bad and the beautiful without bias and even though I didn't feel them so much whilst I still had them, I've learnt to love them now that I've let them go.
The thing with memories is that they only become more and more beautiful with time. They are completely pure and utterly precious and they will last for a life time if we treated them with a little bit of love and lots of care.
Learn to let go, with love, peace.
