Denial.

One of the worst attributes that people unfortunately have in them is denial. Especially when it comes to losses and defeats. I don't know how many times I've said it before, but I will say it till I am blue in my face, if that is what is needed, that it is okay to lose. It is okay to keep losing continuously.  What is not okay is being denial about your loss or why you lost. If you failed in a test and you're blaming it on the syllabus or on the question paper itself or on your professor or anyone else, you need your reality checked. Because you failed because your answers were not right, and your answers weren't right because you weren't prepared. The only solution is to prepare better so that you do get them right the next time around, because trust me, there will always be a next time. And you can correct your mistakes, but only if you wake up from your delusional denial.
