Good Day

Today, for sure, wasn't easy, but it was, for sure, worth it. I was able to complete everything I set out to do. I am very proud of myself, even though it is 1:20 AM right now, as I'm penning this. What matters is not the excuse I would have otherwise had, but the effort I put in right now. What matters is what I could do with my time and not what I would have otherwise failed to do. What matters is how I was able to manage my time, inspite of not feeling my best at times, in spite of me wanting to even be lazy for the entire day. I am glad I didn't give in to my cravings and I am happy that I didn't compromise in the quality of my efforts and work. I did what I had to, I took a bit longer than usual but I got there in the end and for that I'm happy. I hope I get to keep it up tomorrow as well.
