When you're in team setting, one thing that you'd want to remember that, no matter how different your perspectives and opinions are, no matter how much you disagree with others or how much they disagree with you, you all want the best for the team. None of you are looking to gain personally there. In fact, the only way for you to gain personally is doing what's best for the team, letting and helping the team succeed. If the team fails, odds are, you've failed too. That's just how it works. Do what's best for the team and you might have a small chance of getting something out of it for yourself. So let this be our message, even if it's for your own personal benefits, be kind this year. Be loving, caring, humble and ferociously humane. Be a human being, even if it means that you're doing it just for your own good. Spread positivity, at least for your sake. Spread good vibes, at least for your sake. Do what's best for everyone, even if it is for your own selfish reasons. The acts matter. Happy 2021.
