Don't ever let anyone take you for granted, ever. If I have a request, that's it. That's my one and only request from you and that will be the only one I'll ever ask of you. You mean so much more than just to be on someone's grace time. You deserve so much better than being the last resort of people, you really do. You might not feel like it today, but there certainly will be a time when you will feel about it and you don't want to push that date away from you.

When you feel hurt by someone, speak up. When you feel dismissed by someone you value, speak out. When you feel overlooked, speak up. When you feel ill-treated, speak up. When you feel like you're being lied to and are being taken for a ride, speak out. Don't shun your emotuons, don't feel like you're overreacting when you're just reacting to you being ill-treated. Your value as a human bein, irrespective of who you are, what you do, where you're from and what you look like, is infinitely high. Do not ever do the mistake of disrespecting yourself by letting everyone else disrespect you. None of this is advice, all of this is me trying to look out for you.
