Of all the things that can truly and most certainly help you, what will truly help you is the truth. The truth, no matter how you feel about it, will set you free. It will liberate you and give you the freedom you've always wanted, but never have had the courage to pursue or go after because you've always had something to hide. The truth, will always, set you free.

When you get rid of what bothers you all the time, when you say no to all negative energy that poses a threat to your character, accepting it, taking ownership of what's happened of you, to you, will always give a sense of freedom. Nobody can no longer hold it against you, nobody can use you against you. That sort of liberation is soul satisfying.
