Body Positivity.

Your body, in a way of sorts, is like a temple. It lets you know when you're not taking good care of it, you when you're treating it like just like an infusion of meat and blood. Your body is a lot of things, one of those things that it's not is something to overlook. It will let you know immediately and you will feel the repercussions, and maybe learn your lesson.

So treat it well, say positive things to it, do positive things to it, be patient with it, let it heal. Steer it clear off negative people, keep your circles small and effective, surround yourself with positivity and try and radiate positivity yourself. For you to be anywhere near feeling at peace, you must treat your mind, body and emotions with as much maturity and kindness as you can muster. Don't rush into decisions, don't be bothered about how everyone else around you is taking things. Take things at the speed your body sees fit, take thim with patience and take them lightly. Treat your body well.
