Contemplation.
You know what's totally and utterly silly? Repeating the same mistakes, without ever learning from experiences. There are people to learn from, books to learn from and all sorts of other sources to learn from, but nothing ever beats learning from your own experiences. Your past, your story can shape you like nothing else can.
Hello there, I am 'the Earthian'.
You don't have to do much to learn from your past, just be present in your own life, note what you're doing, when you're doing it and take understand where your actions stem from. You can understand, analyze and contemplate your experiences, you will find a way to be better, to have a better day than you did have today, to improve your attributes and your attitude, to be a better version of yourself. If that means that you have to be a bit more patient with yourself, do it, if that means that you have to give yourself a nudge, shove, push to move forwards in life, do that. Do whatever it takes, do it slowly, do it steadily and do it consistently. You'll get there.
Love, peace.
