Self Centred People.

 Some people have the maturity that's comparable to the ability of a chicken to fly. It isn't non-existent, but it might as well be for it basically makes no difference. Conversations with them can be really petty, and time and energy consuming and it might even feel to us that our brain cells are getting depleted.

Signs you're in conversation with one of them, well, it'll be fairly obvious, but to give you hints, they will primarily be attention seeking. You need to validate their opinions and them, and you need to do it constantly and consistently. They are the ones that believe that the universe revolves around them and they believe that they should always be taken care of without any form questioning against them. They won't just think they're right but assume they're right no matter what the situation is. You might at some point start thinking that they're innocent, but no, they're actually ignorant, to the highest of levels. And there is not much to do about that because they have zero willingness to actually learn and grow. None of this is your mistake but they will always make it to be that way. Live your way and don't take anything seriously.
