Rest.

 I understand that on somedays, just waking up and getting out of your bed can be a mountainous task. I also understand why one would want to just lay in bed for a good few hours before they even get up to brush their teeth and get their first coffee or the beverage of their preference.

In fact, I understand it so clearly because I am someone who feels that way every so often and I feel guilty for wanting to comply with the needs of my mind, and therefore I just push myself into going about with my regular routine. And those are days that never end well for everything I do will carry a lot of negativity and frustration. Solution? Well, give in to your bodily cravings every once in a while. If you don't feel like getting out of your bed, don't. If you don't feel like eating healthy, get that pizza that you've been denying yourself for so long, get that big bowl of ice-cream, and do what works for you the entire day. Believe me, you will feel better mentally. And it is absolutely worth it. You aren't just your body. You're your mind, your thoughts, your emotions, your spirit and so much more that I daren't try to define.
