Running Away.

Sometimes, running away is the best option, not because the person or the people you're running away from are bad, but simply because you just don't find them and their character fitting in with your persona, nor do you find yourself fitting in with them.

Its not your fault for being the way you are and it definitely isn't theirs for them being the way they are. I know how that despair feels, to just want to hang on to someone because everything about them is perfect and that you just want to keep them in your life for as long as you can but sometimes, its not our choice. Its not theirs too. Sometimes, drifting away is the best choice because its the only one that works. Sure, its a controversial and heart aching choice to make that nobody ever wants to make consciously, but it is what it is. And it is totally possible to admire someone from a distance and not be in their life anymore and not have them in your life anymore, even if it sounds like the crudest thing in the whole wide world.
I known its the general misconception that running away is cowardly and what not, but you know more than anyone how brave you've had to be in order for you to convince yourself to run away, without ever giving yourself the slightest of rooms to look back until you've reached that safe distance from where the person you ran away from are merely a dot. You always know best.
