Dear Friend.

I am okay with a lot of things. One thing I am not okay with is being taken for granted. Especially, being taken for granted by someone who calls me their friend.

Because you can't do that. You can't call me your friend and then insult me too. You can't call me your friend and then turn on me in front of a stranger. You can't call me your friend and then spit on my face. And more than anything, you can't call insult me and because you think I am your friend and that friends take hits from each other just for the heck of it. I am so sorry, but it just doesn't work that way, not to me, at the very least. The foundation of the friendship I seek is respect. Us being bound by respect, even if we happen to disagree. We can very well disagree with each other without losing respect. And the fact that we are friends should be good enough for us to not give up on each other. Its not an easy term to throw around, it damn sure isn't an easy relationship to cultivate. It takes time and a lot of heart. And you don't get to break what's not yours, my heart. Just remember I have given you what I haven't to most and what I won't to many.
