Failures.
Something that we all know but quite often forget is the fact that nobody fails on purpose. Okay, maybe a few do, because we really don't know that. But not considering all of those who fail on purpose, I think its fair to at least say nobody fails on purpose.
Hello there, I am the Earthian.
And anything that we could say to somebody who has failed is probably something that they've already thought about, probably something they've heard from a million other people and the last thing that they want is advice from people on why someone should be a little more hard-working and dedicated. What do they want? Well, that is something that depends and varies from people to people. Some may need help, some support, mental and emotional support and some need solitude. And I get it, sometimes, people have this urge to get things off of their chest to the people who have "failed", because they feel let down, but the last thing someone needs in their lives is more negativity. Sometimes, we operate under the assumption that our opinions matter. I'm not saying they don't but not to everyone and certainly not to someone who just doesn't want to hear it. No matter how valid you think your opinions are, no matter how correct you think you are, no matter how deserving you think are your opinions, they just don't need to be heard.
Sure, accountability is important, but sometimes, the best thing to do is not do anything at all. Preying on a fallen bird is not helping it no matter how convicted you are that your actions will help motivate. It just causes the wounds to plunge deeper into their minds and bodies and accommodates the formation of a permanent scar.
Love, peace.
