On and Up.

Amongst those who were sure about their lives and what they wanted to do with it, there he was, not even sure of why he was there, let alone his life's goals and everything about it. There was a part of him that felt a little lost but he never was scared about being the only one who was lost. The thought that he was the only one unaware of even preparing his ship's sail whilst everyone else were well on their ways, was surprisingly well taken by him for he was never bothered too much about it, in fact, he would smile in a very graceful way as if he embraced it.

He would avoid connecting with people and making actual friends for he would have to face the obligatory questions about his future and plans and he knew he was being judged about him not even having the urge to seek where the answers lied. He would wander, sometimes alone, sometimes with acquaintances, rarely with the few friends he did end up making, but always wondering about what he was going to do with this life he had, with nothing but beaming positivity. Often, he'd get lost in his own thoughts and he wouldn't get his act together unless someone else makes him come back. He'd then meekly reply he was lost and laugh it off like it wasn't a big deal.

The only thing he knew about his life was that he was meant to be the way he was. He was meant to start a little "late" and cruise through his path and make his voyage his own little journey. He knew he was meant to carve each and every road he travelled through in his own unique style. When he was compared with his peers by people, he'd smile and brush it off and even say "good for them!". He never wanted to do anything more than just live his life his own way. And he knew he didn't have to hurry to do anything. Things have always fallen into place for him and he had hopes of the same happening. He did have his ups and downs, sure, but he never rebelled against them. He took them all with a grain of salt and relished all of his downs, just like he did with his ups. Always onward and always upward.
