The Start.
There are three components to any activity. I mean three mandatory, incredibly "hard", highly time consuming, very largely dependent on our motivation, and ultimately relative to the passion and valour we have for the activity.
Hello there, I'm the Earthian.
And let's talk about the first part today. And it is the starting of an activity.
Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I used to be a "perfectionist". I used to be the guy who would only do things if everything surrounding the thing was absolutely perfect. And who am I kidding; that was just my excuse for being the lazy, procrastination-phile that I was. I loved to call myself "the perfectionist", mostly because it sounds better than being called the lazy dude.
I felt lazy to even write, which was (and is) my favourite activity to do.
And that applies to most of us. We spend way too much time on planning and thinking and making things "perfect" and sooner or later, we get tired and call it a day with our goals. We never start, which is what my point is. The goal of ours to have a perfect end product. And there is a very big difference between a perfect end-product and a finished product. The finished product, after going through a series of editing and processing then, becomes the perfect end-product. A product that we are proud of. A product that we are happy about.
And that's why we need to just start. Just start and you have done one of the three humongous tasks of an activity.
And by the way, that is how this blog was born, if you were ever wondering.
Lots of love, peace.
