Cloudiness.
At some point in everyone's life, people get taught that money brings happiness, materials bring happiness, other people bring happiness. We get taught that the more we have the above things the happier we'll be in our lives. I so wish happiness was that easy.
Hello there, I'm the Earthian.
But it isn't, is it? May you can prove me wrong.
Those things sure will aid us when we feel down but what's going to stop us from feeling down? What's going to stop us from feeling the constant need to prove something to someone who doesn't even have a nickel for who we are and what we do in this world? What's going to stop us from leading lives with superstitious rules that make us beings that just merely exist? What's going to stop us from thinking that we are the world and that what we need and what we want and what we are going through is of uttermost importance? What's going to stop us from choosing to be ignorant, so ignorant that we fail to notice the beautiful bigger picture, that makes us a part of it? Huh?
Well, I don't know. Quite honestly, I think it is fairly obvious that people only do what is generally the norm. And it's said to say that they'll keep existing that way, convincing themselves of rights and wrongs where there are only things. People will keep existing that way, not realizing what they are missing out on. People will keep pointing out to the satisfactory excuses that they made up. And they only will obliviously cover up their ignorance. The cloudiness never ceases to exist and there is a huge possibility that it won't ever cease to exist, until, of course, the norm catches up. In which case, it would be nice, for a change.
Lot's of love, peace.
