What do most of us do for the initial 2 decades of our lives, that apparently determines our future? Yeah, that's right. We get ourselves "Educated"!

So what is education?
Most of us think it's going to school, attending the classes, writing tests, getting good grades, being competitive and the list goes on and finally ends in getting a job. See this, has become so mainstream that most of us don't even see the flaw in it. Even though, the flaw is right in front of our eyes.
So what is the flaw?
Simple. Just like any other set of rules, Education too is a set of instructions, that is completely general. It fails to recognize the individuality, realize the capability of each and every person. Everyone is Unique. Everyone is differently talented.
The system decides the "important courses". It decides what's good and what's bad. It decides what a person's expertise is going to be, by giving a certain limited number of choices, at the same time convincing one that he/she is going to be successful. Essentially, people are carried to wherever the wind takes them. And worst of all, it decides how smart we are, how talented we are by conducting tests and evaluating our results. Finally it gives us grades.

What we need to learn isn't always maths and science. Sometimes we need to learn about respect, love, gratitude and cheerfulness. Sometimes,  we need to learn what Education is.
