Recognize, Realize, Respect.
Hey there! Earthian here.
Why are we uncomfortable at certain times? Why do we fake smiles at certain moments, when meeting with someone new, different and probably "vague"? It's because most of us don't like change. And why not? It's because we have been brought up this way. Is it bad? Sometimes. Everywhere we go, we look for someone we can team up with, mingle with, mix with. Now, this isn't bad. What's bad is the fact that we go to large extents just to get us recognized. I notice people faking opinions, even while sharing a moment of laughter. Don't get me wrong, I do too.
Personally, I'm a quiet and private person. Even my friends, sometimes don't tell me what they actually intended to. I see lots of people being a lil' uncomfortable in talking to me. I get it. I'm not like them. But there is no need to look at me like I'm a snake in the garden. Everyone has their comfort zone. Fortunately, a vast majority of people have a similar zone. People like me, a little awkward, demure, shy are very less in number and hence get looked at differently.
Will talk more soon! Until then, have a good one.
Do you not think we fake smiles to try and make the other person feel comfortable ?
ReplyDeleteI do, but I also strongly believe that only true emotions last. Thank you for commenting.
