Universe.

The fact that some people believe that everything has an explanation in this universe is staggering to me, and this is not me trying to take a shot at those people. But it is staggering that after all these years, there are people who believe that the universe revolves around them and that the universe's sole purpose is to feed us information about it. Don't get me wrong, I love science, it's absolutely amazing, but I see science from the spectators point of view. Yes, it gives us explanations to things that are absolutely staggering, but that's the beauty of it too, that things just happen to be staggeringly gorgeous, everywhere in this universe. We literally live in a blue ball of that rotates around a burning hot fire ball. Sure, it's a little more complex than that, but isn't that awesome? That everything in this universe is the way it is? Isn't that something that's worth being staggered by? That's the best kind of art you can look for, for my money. And the truth that there will always be more to learn than we ever get to learn shows that perhaps we should sometimes just enjoy this universe and nothing else. It's just so staggering!
