Roads.

Sometimes the roads are bumpy, narrow and filled with rocks, sometimes the roads are as smooth and soft as a baby's bottom. It's natural to like traversing only through the smooth roads, but it doesn't show anything about you, it shows nothing about your character, your ability, your mentality. It only shows that you can traverse when the roads are smooth and nothing else at all. The rocky roads, of course, aren't preferable, but it shows so much more about you and your character than anything else might. It shows how much your goal means to you, it shows how far you're willing to go, it shows how durable you are in terms of your raw ability. It shows how willing are you to rise back up when you do fall, because you will, and it's okay too to fall. What are you willing to sacrifice for your dreams? Because dreams have that tendency, that tendency to demand sacrifices and endure hardships. Your call.
