Baby Steps.

It really is incredible to not stress about life at all. There really is no need for me to anyway and the fact that I have been for so long is very, very surprising. Not that my life has changed and my commitments have changed, just my approach to them. To anyone else who needs help with their stress, I'll give you a simple idea. Firstly, write down what your problem is, and describe it in the best way you can. Go as deep as you'd like to and feel free to even rant. It's your life in your words, you're allowed to do what you want to do. Then make a list of all things you can control and another list of all things that you can not control. That should give you a fair idea of where you should put your focus at. There really is no point in focusing on things you cannot control no matter what you do, like people's perceptions and opinions of you. What you can control is how you spend your time, for instance. Try to accept yourself for who you are and work your way through your goals and things you want to improve at. One step at a time. One baby, tiny step at a time. You'll get there. I know you will.
