Cheer Up.
Please, don't be too critical of yourself, don't say hurtful cruel things to yourself, don't treat your body like it's just a pile of garbage that you use to accomplish tasks from time to time. Don't sell yourself short, don't undervalue or underestimate yourself when times are tough, don't stress yourself out when things aren't going your way. Don't also get carried away when they are going your way. Try to stay aware of who you are as a person, try to be gentle, try to feed your soul with the positivity that you know it deserves, try to help it mend it's broken bits, try to assist it in getting back to it's feet. Don't ever be too harsh on yourself over things that won't matter come the next sunrise. Cheer up. Better things await.
