Diamonds.
One of the more important aspects of life that can't be taught to us to incorporate into our lives, but needs rigorous training and practice is mental strength. We need to be mentally tough, durable and strong, not only to encounter situations, but to also always live by our own words, to be brave and tough enough to accept and admit when we're wrong and appreciate and value ourselves when we've proven to be worthy of something. Especially in this day and age where almost everything happens virtually, we need to keep our minds steady, strong and unwavering, no matter what the situation. Meditation, physical exercise, keeping our words to people, being passionate about life and being human, all helps us get mentally tough. Not only should we be prepared to face hurdles, we should be strong enough to crush them. Remember the saying? Pressure makes Diamonds.
