Brave.

Maybe it's just me but, in today's generation, I don't see a lot of leaders, I don't see people with bravery and positive intent with high standards for themselves. I also think somewhere along the way people have misconstrued bravery to be arrogance and cowardice to be politeness.

Being brave is an absolute necessity, especially in today's day and age. You have got to, at some point, roll your sleeves up and get ready to go to war. It doesn't necessarily mean you have to start indulging in fist fights and violence, because that's not bravery. Bravery is standing up to what you believe is right, fighting for justice, fighting for those who do have their voices heard, fighting to bring about peace. Fighting in every sense possible, verbally, emotionally, mentally and if you see a crime happening right in front of your eyes, to defend yourself and someone else innocent, physically. Be brave, be bold. Be ready to be vulnerable. Accept yourself fully. Don't take any nonsense from anybody. Absolutely nobody.
