Opportunities.

You know what they say, right? About opportunities being open and fair to everyone? Well, that's not even close to the truth.
A little heads up. This post may sound a little negative.

Hello there, I'm the Earthian!

I used to believe it. I still want to believe it.  Believe that opportunities truly are open and fair to everyone and anyone who earns it.

Opportunities these days are things that are bought. Things that are made into profit. The talent you possess is secondary. The influence you have on the people looking to provide "opportunities" is the key. And if you're from a country that has quotas based on "castes", well, you are screwed seven ways till Sunday.
You can neither complain nor be angry because nothing is going to stop this unfairness from happening because it is perfectly legal as per the rules.

The only answer is, making your own opportunities. Period. Because nobody else cares about you as much as you do. Because everyone else is happy with the least that they got and forget what they earnt in the first place. But you, my friend, are powerful. Opportunities no longer are fair, so make your own. And never ever settle for something less than what you think you earnt and hence, deserve.
