Gratitude.
I like my freedom. I like my freedom to think, I like my freedom to speak, I like my freedom to express myself the way I want to. Imagine a world where you aren't allowed to be yourself, and you're punished for no fault of yours. Would you live in such a world?
Hello there, I am 'the Earthian'.
You don't have to imagine too hard, actually, because there are still places in this world where you cannot express your anxiety, where you cannot express your thoughts freely, where nobody is allowed to speak against certain people. Ignorance is being cultivated in those places and cruelty is being preached. Speaking against can actually get you killed, legally. I'm sure if you've been keeping up with the news you know exactly what I am talking about. And that's the reason I never want to take this voice of mine for granted, I never want to take this freedom that my voice has for granted. It's natural to look at places and people who are "better" than us and wanting to improve keeping them in mind, but try to look at those places who are not doing all that well, look at them not to feel bad, but to feel privileged, to feel thankful, to be grateful for every good thing you have going on in your life, including people. It isn't hard to be grateful, it really isn't.
Love, peace.
