A thought.

How do you know when you've had a good day? How do you get to the conclusion that you've had a good or a bad day, at the end of the day? What factors contribute to that conclusion of yours?

Hello there, I am 'the Earthian', a name I've given myself to remind myself of where I truly come from and to remind myself that we are all the same, humans, animals, birds, all those beings that live and those that don't. To remind myself without even one of those entities, life wouldn't be the way it is.

I think as long as you still have the time to improve your day, your day can end in a better light, but it is absolutely down to us. We have to try and we have to consciously want to have a good day, a decent day, a day better than our previous day in order for us to actually achieve it. It is very dependent on who you are as a person and there aren't right answers whatsoever. To some, a better day is having a more productive day, to some it is completing the to-do list, to some it is smiling a bit more and to others, it is just being more present. It is very necessary to ask yourself how you feel right before you go to bed, maybe even note it down in a journal, and repeat that immediately after you wake up the next day, just to realize where you are mentally. Just sharing my thought.

Love, peace.
