Why Try?

Why are people so afraid of making mistakes? Why are people so ashamed of making mistakes? People think it's a crime to be wrong, especially, in the learning picture. Is it a completely bad thing to be wrong? Is it even a bad thing in the first place?

Hello there, I'm the Earthian.

Ever since we were kids, we've been taught to win and win only, which is more than fine. But seldom are we taught how to handle a loss. It is important to talk about the importance of loss for there will always be only one winner in any competition of any kind and it is not always going to be us whose hands will be raised. And losing doesn't feel good. People take every loss that they face personally and eventually start giving in. They start refusing to even try out new things, which is where the whole problem lies. See, it's okay if you fail trying to do something. It's never okay if you fail to even try. Because then, you wouldn't even know what it is like be a part of something.
It's like choosing to stay down only because you've fallen down once. Even if you fall down a million times, it's still okay.
But how do we cultivate this habit of enduring our own mistakes, accepting our own mistakes? How do we learn, grow and improve? How do we not give up when we make a terrible mistake?

All these are questions that will very soon be tried to answer!

Lots of love, peace.
