Collective Complaining.
Isn't it really, really easy to just complain about life? Like, we can do it, even if we have nothing to complain about. We can do it, because we are so well versed in the art that is complaining. And if that didn't sound right to you, keep reading.
Hello there, I'm the Earthian.
We can complain even if we have anything and everything that we need, everything that we want, everything that we might want, and then some. Why? Because that's what we are used to. Don't get me wrong, I'm not singling you out. We are in it together. We've been brought up this way. We have been taught to complain about life and that's exactly why we do it. But we can break out of it.
You see, ever since we were kids, we've been accustomed to looking at what is not in the picture. We've been taught to search for what's missing, we've been tuaght to search for what's wrong and we sure have been taught to identify everything that's negative. So, of course, that's what we do. We only seek the negative. And that habit of ours to seek the negatives makes us feel the void of not having the postives. That void makes us crave for something. The lack of fulfillment of those cravings leads the way for us to complain and complain more. And the process reaches greater heights when we get together with a lot of people, only to complain. Collective complaining, ah, has a nice and sad ring to it.
I don't need to tell you why complaining is bad, I think it's about time we just stopped doing it.
Lots of love, peace.
