A Bad Day.
It's funny how a few bad instances in a day can ruin the whole day for us, isn't it? Because that's really all it takes. A few bad moments, hither and thither, our day is ruined. But let's try and break it down, just to see if it was just a few moments or if it was the aftermath of those moments or a combination of both.
Hello there, I'm the Earthian.
A lot of the times, a bad day is a consequence of choices made for us. You see, it's not always us that contributes to whatever happens in our lives. It's more than us. It's people we choose hang out with, it's people we need to hang out with and people we have to hang out with that add to what happens in our lives. And the mere fact that we have to deal with all that is unfair. Moreover, the disappointing situations that everyone brings to us when we totally do not need them is what that really ignites the fire. And the smaller things that happen just add fuel to the fire that is already well lit. The fire only burns for a while, I agree. But the heat that fire brought is bound to stay a while. And that heat is what that slowly but surely burns our day down and ruins it thoroughly. It takes a lot of time for that heat to cool down and that's exactly what we need to give it. Time.
A lot of people say laughter is the best medicine, some say love, for any sort of illness that one has. But I'll always be rooting for time because it always does the trick. Stop everything, let yourself heal.
Lots of love, peace.
