The Survival of the Fittest.

I agree, there are so many things that happen in this world that are sad. People trying murder eachother, hurt eachother, bring pain to eachother, the inequality that exists, racism, sexism just to name a few. But you know what hurts me the most? The notion of "The survival of the fittest".

Hello there, I am the Earthian. Let's be Earthians together.

Yeah, you got me, I am in no way the best at what I do. I am in no way a competitor. I'm not one of those people who likes to be in races that don't have an end. I'd rather be the spectator that I am, and try to find out why everyone else is racing the way they are racing. Perhaps they have a promising destination that assures them a better tomorrow.
As kids, we usually are taught to be winners. We are taught to be the best. That's why we all enter into the world of schooling, where everyone is just gunning to be the best. And as we grow up, we get into more competions and then a little more. We are taught that being competitive is what will fetch us all the greatness in the world and so, we become blind competitors.
I hear you thinking "what's so bad about competitions? Why is this dude rambling about competitions so much?".

I'll tell you why. I'm rambling because we are happy, beating others in what we think is a race. We work so hard trying to defeat everyone else and be the absolute best at what we do. And when we do become the absolute best, we try our very best to stay the absolute best. To put it plainly, we have become so addicted to wanting to be the best that we now do not know how to grow together. Imagine a world where people aren't interested in beating eachother up but in growing together. Imagine a world where people hold hands together to cherish life together, instead of being selfish and wanting to be the only one that enjoys.

More rambling tomorrow.

Lots of love, peace.
