Prosperity.

When I used to have conflicts within myself, the mistake that I often did, when resolving the situation, is that I never thought of my flaw as something that needs correction. The first part of solving any problem, as you would know, is realizing there exists one and that it needs attention. And that for me had always been the hardest thing to do, because I used to convince myself so badly that it's really not my part that is creating the issue there.

And I'm sure I'm not the only who was like that.
Now, if we find it so hard to solve conflicts and problems within ourselves, think how hard it would be when we need to come together to resolve a situation. Everyone would have something to say and the whole situation will only keep getting worse than how it was before. And it would be almost impossible to find the right solution because no matter what we decide, there will always be someone who is just unhappy with the plans we made. Unhappy, because the final decision does not give them any personal advantages and favours. For someone who comes from a humble and poor background, fairness in decision, would mean them being rich, not them being not poor. The difference is huge. And so they'll keep fighting for as much wealth as possible, stating their poverty as a cause, as a need.
For someone who's rich, giving up their wealth which took them so long to earn would be a decision they would never be willing to make.  There would be no common ground to solve such an issue. Well, there is one thing in common but we like to forget that fact because usually that would put us at a disadvantage. The fact that we all are humans is just something that isn't considered when important decisions are made. The fact that we all belong to this planet is just something that we never think about. We like the other identities that we have. Identities like our nationalities, languages, ethnicity which all do nothing but divide.

There are so many reasons to fight against one another. There is just one to be and stay united. Prosperity.
