Ever wonder whatever happened to us as we grew up? Ever wonder what we lost as we grew up? Ever wonder what we fell into as we grew up? Ever wonder if you could ever, ever go back to being a kid?

Hello there, I am the Earthian. A staunch Earthian.

What I know is that we grew up in a hurry. Time carried us with it and we never really realized how fast it could travel. Probably we still haven't realized it. It took us through everything, made us smile, occasionally treated us with exactly what we wanted, sometimes reassured us, deliberately taught us what we needed and what we would need. It also filled us with the exact traits that we were looking for and therefore made us who we are today.

For every thing we learnt, we paid a price too. At times we paid our innocence, sometimes our honesty, sometimes our honor, sometimes our dignity and sometimes the relationships we had with people. Oh and our morals too. Our morals were sacrificed so much that these days we struggle to find who we are.

Pits, ladies and gentlemen. We fell into a lot of them. Sometimes we hit hard and it broke us. And sometimes we never even realized we were falling. Sometimes we jumped into them, sometimes we slipped into them. We crashed and burned. Surprisingly, a lot of us seem to like the pit. Because everything has a short route there. We even choose to be a permanent resident there, a few of us. There are those of us who still are climbing back up, so yeah, there is still some hope.

Finally, I can't speak for the whole of us, but personally, if I could do everything all over again, I wouldn't think twice.
