Revolution.

Every once in a while, there comes a revolutionary invention that turns the life around of almost every single human being on this planet.

Hello all, The Earthian here.

There have been so many of these revolutions. The industrial revolution, as we know, marked the time of a whole new beginning. Then came invention by invention like the radio, television, telephone, calculator, simple computers and of course the biggest revolutionary invention in my opinion, the internet.
We then built better computers, mobile phones, super computers, smart mobile phones. These are actually so smart that they have brought so many changes to our lives! We have dedicated a part of our time just to use the internet, with these machines. At least, I have.

Anyway, with every revolutionary invention, man's goal was to reduce the time he spent on simple tasks, both physical and mental tasks.
This is where it gets interesting.
Now we have come to a point, where we are able to save hours of our lives every single day. And each hour we save, each minute and each second, we spend it on recreational activities. This brings me to the next question, was this man's original goal? To save time so that he could spend it on entertainment and recreational activites completely?

I don't think so, because man's goal was to engage in activities that showed productivity. He saved time or, he helped us save time so that we could spend it more effectively and efficiently. Of course, a part of it could be used for recreation. But, honestly, if a person loves what he does, the need to seek entertainment otherwise will be minimal.

I know this needs continuation and it will be continued in due time.

I thank you for reading, lots of love, peace.
