Help needed vs Help wanted.
Ever felt that you're helping the wrong person? And by that I mean the people who don't appreciate your help and do not whatsoever value it?
Hello all, the Earthian here.
There are so many people who think they deserve help just because they are in a hard position. Don't get me wrong, I'm talking about the lousy, lazy, complacent, complaining people who actually don't have real problems but always manage to put up an act to seek your attention and take advantage of you.
The worst trait of these people is the fact that they get so complacent that they start thinking that the helpers owe them.
Here's the deal. Gratitude is important. It's important that you as the one on the giving side, realize that, because it's you that is making the actual impact. As much as helping people is good, it's important that your help is recognised, not to fetch you a name, but to make people aware of the fact that there is something called gratitude that exists and that there are millions of people who actually are grateful for what they have and get.
It's not always just about giving, it's often about who gets the help too. Because trust me, there are people who want help and there are those who need it. It's up to you to help the right ones.
Lots of love, peace.
I never thought about helping others this way. Thanks for opening up my mind.
